The object of these actions has been an alleged treatment of favor by the council to a company, materialized in the formalization of an urban agreement in 2013, which would have enabled this company to implement a business on the land covered by the agreement. The alleged breach of the agreements to which the company was bound by the affected town planning agreement has also been examined.
