The object of these actions revolves around an alleged breach of the regulations on incompatibilities in the development of two jobs in the public sector as temporary staff, one, in tasks of mayor's adviser, and the other, economic advisor to two different municipalities. The action has ended with a decision to archive given that the possible infractions derived from the public activities provided simultaneously without the corresponding request and authorization of compatibility, as well as from exceeding the remuneration thresholds that, in these cases of concurrence, establishes the rules of incompatibilities had prescribed. In any case, the affected person was terminated in one of the positions following the request for information made, at the time, by the Anti-Fraud Office.
