As the result of actions taken on its own initiative, the Anti-Fraud Office examined a case of alleged favouritism by the Municipal Council of Vic in relation to the award, and subsequent resolution for non-compliance by the contractor, of a procurement contract for public works under the administrative concession system, for the construction and operation of a sports complex.
