The purpose of these actions is to examine the alleged favored treatment granted by the El Vendrell City Council to certain companies in the award of contracts for road cleaning and garbage collection, management of municipal swimming pools and municipal water management. In the first two cases, there is no evidence from the investigative action that any fact could be reviewed.
