The object of these actions has been the presumed favorable treatment by the Department of Territory and Sustainability to the private entity Aigües del Ter Llobregat Concessionaire (ATLL), in the significant reduction of the serious sanction in the amount of 4,035,000 euros imposed on this concessionaire (as established in the Resolution of the Minister of Territory and Sustainability of 21.06.2016) against a light sanction of 800,000 euros (as established in the Resolution of the Minister of Territory and Sustainability of 7.06.2017). These actions have ended with a resolution of filing when its object of investigation expires as a result of the Judgment of the Superior Court of Justice of Catalonia which declares null and void the resolutions of the Minister of Territory and Sustainability of 21.06.2016 and 7.06.2017.
