Report filed against the Sils Town Council for alleged irregularities in the urban planning field, which the complainant attributes to the mayor of Sils in the terms between 2007 and 2019. The investigative actions have not proven that in the approval of the POUM (Municipal Planning Organization Program) in 2012 there was any preferential treatment towards a property that was later acquired by relatives of the mayor, nor, regarding the works carried out in the farmhouse located on the aforementioned property, the existence of irregularities that fall within the scope of action of the Office.
