The object of the present action is the alleged favorable treatment by the Town Council to an elected official who, at the same time, would manage a commercial activity in the municipality, due to the inactivity of the corporation in relation to alleged irregular works and nuisance due to noise from the aforementioned establishment. The facts date back to the year 2016. In the face of the concurrence of possible merely irregular actions, contrary to the principle of good public management and given that no element or indicator of corruption can be seen in the reported fact, it is agreed to archive the action. It should be added that, due to the time that has passed, the demand for any possible effect or responsibility that may arise (administrative, disciplinary, accounting or criminal) would be prescribed and the possible result of the investigative action would be contrary to the principle of effectiveness.
