Following a report, an investigation was conducted into the possible failure of the councillors of the Sant Martí Sarroca Town Council, in the 2015-2019 term, to submit declarations on causes of possible incompatibility and activities that provide or may provide economic income, and declarations on assets and participation in companies of all types of activities. It was found that none of the councillors of the aforementioned term, except one, submitted declarations of activities and assets before taking up the position of councillor, a deficiency that implies that the councillors could not act as such as they had not fully acquired the condition. It was also found that the declarations of the councillors of the new term are not published on the website of the local entity or in the electronic headquarter. For all this, it has been considered appropriate to send a reasoned report to the Town Council so that it can rectify these deficiencies in terms of declarations and transparency.
