As a result of a report, the purpose of the investigation was to determine the existence of the following irregularities: (i) payments made to staff in the service of the council for the exercise of their specific duties through 'a mercantile; (ii) the revocation of a subsidy granted by the Girona Provincial Council granted to this corporation, and; (iii) possible situations of incompatibility of personnel in the service of this Town Council. As a result of the investigative actions, it is considered that the form of payment of the remuneration for the services provided could not be conveyed through invoices, much less if these invoices were issued by a commercial company. Likewise, the possible existence of irregularities in the tax field was highlighted. The other two reporting aspects have been filed.
