Following a report filed for irregularities in public procurement, the Office delivered a reasoned report to the Sant Guim de Freixenet Town Council after having detected, on the one hand, the possible occurrence of a real conflict of interest between the mayor of the corporation and the concessionaire of a public service, which would justify the prohibition of contracting, and, on the other, defects in the preparation of the public procurement files analyzed.
