The investigative action was initiated following a report filed for alleged irregularities during the execution of the public works concession contract for the construction and subsequent operation of a sports facility in the municipality of Sant Esteve Sesrovires. After completing the investigative actions, the Office has delivered a reasoned report to the Sant Esteve de Sesrovires Town Council because it considers that irregularities occurred in the suspension of the execution of the contract adopted by the plenary on September 26, 2013 and, subsequently, in the agreement to terminate the public works concession contract agreed by the plenary on December 19, 2018.
