As a result of a report, the council's alleged favorable treatment of a person who owns a public service establishment in the municipality has been examined, following the reports of another person for the inconvenience caused by the aforementioned establishment. This alleged councilorial inaction could be understood by the possible friendship between certain people in the service of the Town Council and the property of the establishment. From the examination of the file opened by the council, it cannot be affirmed that there has been inaction and, therefore, a possible favorable treatment towards the mentioned person is ruled out. In this sense, the Sant Cebrià de Vallalta Town Council has not only carried out the relevant actions, but has required the person reported to take the appropriate corrective measures. The action ends with a filing resolution.
