The purpose of this action has been to verify the possible illegal use or destination of public funds related to the remuneration regime of the elected members of the council. Regarding the investigative actions, regarding the irregularities detected in the collection of assistance due to participation in collegiate bodies, the Town Council is urged to initiate an ex officio review procedure and, at the same time, to also initiate a reinstatement procedure of the amounts unduly paid.
