An alleged favoritism in the awarding of minor service contracts of the Sabadell Municipal Police is reported. However, in the investigations carried out, no signs of concurrence of contracting prohibitions or ties that could have facilitated a favorable treatment to the awarded entities have been observed. What is appreciated is a possible situation of incompatibility of a person related to the awardees, although, given the time that has passed, it is considered that, to appreciate the possible commission of a fault due to the situation of incompatibility, this would be prescribed, so the filing of the actions is deemed appropriate.
