As a result of a complaint, the alleged favourable treatment of Reus Municipal Services to the company that was awarded the contract for the service of advice and carrying out a regulatory compliance program has been examined. Failure to comply with the requirements set out in the particular administrative clauses regarding the professional and technical solvency required of the service awardee would have occurred.
