Private sector Engagement with the private sector is essential to good governance and is directed towards the pursuit of the common good. Private operators consider the efforts they make to safeguard integrity in their operations a true asset. Besides preventing corruption in the public sector, it facilitates fair competition in a framework of equality and guarantees consumers’ rights.
