Responsibility for the processing of personal data provided via this website corresponds to the management of the Anti-Fraud Office of Catalonia, with head office at C/ Ribes 1-3, 08013 Barcelona (hereinafter, the Office).
The Office guarantees the confidentiality of personal data provided through the pages of this website, in accordance with the terms established by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the Parliament and the Council, of 27 April 2016, (GDPR) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of their personal data and the free circulation of these data, and in accordance with other applicable legislation, especially the following:
- Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the protection of personal data and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).
- Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21 December, which approves the Regulation implementing Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the protection of personal data (RLOPD).

The processing of the personal data provided through the forms on this website is carried out on the basis of the explicit consent given by the data subject for fulfilment of the specific purpose of each processing operation.
The personal data requested through the corresponding forms will be those that are appropriate and necessary for the purpose for which they are collected. They will not be used for any purpose other than that for which they have been collected and under no circumstances will be transferred to any third party without the consent of the data subject, except in cases provided for in person data protection legislation.
Video surveillance cameras and data protection
In accordance with the GDPR and Article 12.6 of Instruction 1/2009, of 10 February, on the processing of personal data using cameras for video surveillance purposes, we inform you that:
- The Anti-Fraud Office of Catalonia headquarters is equipped with a video surveillance system. Should you enter the building, data corresponding to the captured images will be incorporated into the video surveillance file.
- The purpose of this processing is to safeguard the security of persons, goods and units of the Anti-Fraud Office of Catalonia headquarters.
- The images will be stored for the maximum period of one month from their acquisition following which they will be erased, unless their conservation is required to accredit the commission of criminal acts.
- All data subjects may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection against the data controller, addressing their request to the management of the Anti-Fraud Office of Catalonia, C/ Ribes Nº 1-3, 08013, Barcelona.
- Data may be transferred to the law enforcement agencies, pursuant to Article 4 of Organic Law 2/1986, of 13 March 1986, on law enforcement agencies, for the purposes of investigating illegal acts that have been recorded in the field of view of the video surveillance system.
- Any request for images from the law enforcement agencies must be made in the framework of judicial and police proceedings. The official request is the document that authorises the data controller to transfer data to the law enforcement agencies or courts and tribunals that require them.
