In response to a report, an inquiry was conducted into alleged favouritism by the Municipal Council of Premià de Mar by authorising a company to occupy a public space to install bar counters for activities connected to the festa major festivities. The council had not followed any kind of administrative procedure or received any kind of consideration This inquiry concluded with a resolution to discontinue.
