By virtue of the report filed, the possible irregular hiring of a temporary technician position at Pompeu Fabra University was analyzed, since a relative of a manager of this entity could have benefited. After analyzing the file sent and the applicable regulations, communication was sent to the university so that it could rule on the possible invalidating defect of the contract, taking into account the lack of definition of the contractual modality and the grounds that justified the hiring of the worker, and so that it could set out the planned plan for the definitive coverage of the position.
