The object of these actions revolves around eventual irregularities in the use of funds intended for subsidies granted by the council to a mixed capital association. It is verified that the supporting documentation provided accredits the execution of the subsidized activities and justifies the majority of the subsidized amounts. However, various irregularities and dysfunctions have been noticed in the control of the grants awarded, referring not only to the documentation not provided, but mainly to the existence of expenses that should not have been accepted as eligible expenses.
