The object of the present action is related to an alleged breach of the incompatibilities regulations by an official due to the fact of accumulating two jobs within this Commonwealth. In the investigative actions, irregularities are detected relating to the assumption of duties and the allocation of a salary supplement to an employee and the payment of a specific supplement to another person. In this sense, the Commonwealth is requested to initiate ex officio review procedures of the agreements adopted. On the other hand, and taking into account the current shortcomings in terms of advertising the list of jobs, the inter-municipal entity is requested to guarantee public access to this list of jobs or, in its defect, the totality of aspects that must be made public regarding official, labor and casual personnel.
