The purpose of the actions is to investigate alleged irregularities in the contractual modifications and extensions agreed upon in the execution of a service contract. It has not been possible to identify any irregularities that could be indicative of an illegal use or destination of public funds. Nor has it been possible to infer any favorable treatment towards the concessionaire, which is why it is agreed that the proceedings be archived.
