As a result of a report, the possible violation of the applicable rules relating to the change in the mode of public management of an educational facility to municipalize the service has been investigated with the corresponding assumption of the duties and obligations of the municipal corporation. This possible violation could have been carried out against the criteria of the Municipal Secretary and could generate expenses charged to public funds, which could entail responsibilities beyond the merely administrative. In view of the fact that the administrative file relating to the completion of the aforementioned administrative concession is immersed in an administrative contentious judicial process, it is decided to archive these actions.
