The Anti-Fraud Office received a report in which alleged irregularities were exposed in the selection of an interim employee, for reasons of utmost urgency. After analyzing the case, it is verified that the reasons given to motivate the urgency or unforeseeable immediacy in its coverage are not justified and, therefore, the position should have been covered through a process of selection with all the guarantees and principles of access to the civil service. However, the person who performed functions on an interim basis at a given time stopped performing tasks in the municipal corporation and, according to the information collected, at the time of the issuance of the resolution of the Anti-Fraud Office, the local entity it was in the process of providing the position with advertising and competition and under the regime of a career civil servant. The action was concluded with the filing and, even so, a statement was sent to the local corporation so that, if it considered it appropriate, it would ex officio review the appointment of the interim official in view of the breach of the precepts and principles of access to the public service.
