Possible irregularities in the collection of salary supplements not legally provided for, nor set in the job catalog for different municipal employees were reported, given that the local entity does not have an updated list of jobs. During the course of the actions, it was discovered that the treasurer position was not classified or staffed in accordance with the applicable regulations. The action concluded with the issuance of a reasoned report to the local entity in order for it to carry out the analysis, description and assessment of the different jobs and set the remuneration of the employees in accordance with the corresponding salary supplements, and it was urged that the agreements be null and void and, if necessary, the refund of the amounts paid unduly.
