A possible favoritism is reported in the allegedly irregular formation of a 2017 job exchange, given that the constitutional principles of access to the public service and personnel selection would not have been respected, since no merits would have been properly assessed in the competition phase. The action has ended with the archiving because it is considered that the affected job exchange is no longer effective, it is not in force, and that subsequently further job exchanges were called and executed, the last ones in 2021, 2022 and 2023, in which the principles of access to the public service and assessment of the merits of the persons presented were respected.
