The subject of the inquiry was the council’s action with regard to the application for an opening permit for a centre of worship in premises in the municipality, after it was denied, without apparently there existing any explicit restriction of use for such activity. This inquiry concluded with a resolution to discontinue, as it was impossible to accredit facts other than those that had already been analysed by the Public Prosecutor and the Ombudsman of Catalonia.
