The investigation actions are focused on analyzing the alleged favorable treatment by the council to a person to allow him to build buildings on forest land classified as non-developable land. No indications of possible corruption or irregular functioning of the municipal corporation can be inferred from the investigative actions, which is why it is proposed to archive the file. At the same time, it is also proposed to send a communication to the council to inform and, where appropriate, provide a copy of the agreements or municipal resolutions of the file for the protection of urban planning legality and, if they have taken place, the relevant actions regarding the illegal constructions detected and other actions of an environmental nature, in order to restore the urban legality violated and the environmental regulations that could have been infringed.
