<p>Following a compliant, the Anti-Fraud Office investigated alleged irregularities related to a municipal building, recorded in the inventory as publicly owned, being rented to a person with family connections to a senior manager in the Municipal Council of Masroig. No competitive procedure had been published or called to award the tenancy of the building, with the aggravating circumstance of the existence of a report from the Municipal Secretary which revealed the lack of publicity and violation of the rules of pecuniary interest.</p>
