Margalef and the Bisbal de Falset Town Councils

Following a report, the hiring of personnel, including a relative of a municipal councilor, by a concessionaire company was analyzed, as well as the possible incompatibility that the municipal secretary could have incurred in combining her municipal position and the exercise of a profession in the private sector, and, finally, the contracts and dismissals of other municipal workers. It concluded with the request to be informed of the hiring or not of the councilor's relative, without prejudice to the reopening, if appropriate, of a new plausibility action, and, as for the municipal secretary, the municipal entities concerned were questioned so that they could initiate compatibility proceedings and, if appropriate, disciplinary proceedings, for not having requested the declaration of compatibility.
