Following a report, the possible illegal use or destination of public funds manifested in the alleged irregularities associated with the payment of remuneration to elected municipal officials has been examined: payment of compensation for assistance to a collegiate body not properly constituted, irregularities in the recognition of the regime of dedications to public activity and lack of correspondence between the amount paid for assistance to collegiate bodies and what would derive from the assistance actually carried out. The investigative action confirms irregularities in each of the facts under investigation.
