As the result of a report, a case of alleged favouritism was examined related to the fiscal exemption granted to a foundation by the council with respect to the tax on construction, installation and repairs (ICIO). The council accepted grounds or arguments that made the initial payment null and void and, thus, accepted the appeal lodged by the aforementioned foundation. This inquiry concluded with a resolution to discontinue.
