As a result of a complaint, the alleged favorable treatment in the selection of places in an employment plan of a municipality has been examined, in which the rules of publicity and concurrence determined by the 'legal system of personnel selection has been violated. The relationship between hired people and political leaders and municipal technicians has also been investigated, which could lead to a possible conflict of interest.
