Following a report, the alleged conflict of interest of a member of the Legal Advisory Commission, who allegedly participated in the drafting of an opinion which should have been abstained, as a result of their previous professional relationship —without the two-year cooling-off period set by the regulations has elapsed— with the body covered by the report, has been examined.
