Following a report, the possible illegal use or destination of public funds linked to possible irregularities in the creation of a "Municipal Management Coordination Commission" made up of the mayor and five councilors has been examined and, on the other hand, the plenary agreement that provides for the payment of assistance to the aforementioned Coordination Commission. In the investigative actions, we reflect on local autonomy in its organizational aspect, on the limits to the freedom of local bodies to provide themselves with complementary collegiate bodies and the legal requirements to do so. In this sense, the Town Council is recommended to correct the weaknesses shown.
