The Anti-Fraud Office of Catalonia creates its Internal Alerts System with the aim of receiving communications about indications of violations of regulations or conduct contrary to the code of ethics occurring within Anti-Fraud or by people related to it and thus contributing to the construction of an ethical culture of the institution. Thus, the internal channel of the Anti-Fraud Office becomes the channel through which violations of regulations or the Code of Ethics and Conduct of personnel in the Anti-Fraud service can be communicated anonymously, if desired, and securely.
The Internal Alerts System also incorporates communications, complaints or reports referred to the Protocol for the prevention, detection, action and resolution of situations of sexual harassment and harassment on grounds of sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression of the Anti-Fraud Office of Catalonia.
