As a result of the report filed, possible irregularities regarding the extrajudicial recognition of credits from the 2015-2019 period of the Hospitalet de Llobregat City Council were clarified. Beyond the presumed inadequate programming of the activity and the needs of municipal public procurement regarding services with expired contracts, such as electricity and gas supply, it was verified that based on the bases for the execution of the municipal budget for the 2020 financial year, a regulatory provision was included for the processing of non-budgeted expenses. In view of this, the investigation action was planned to be closed.
