The purpose of the present proceedings is to determine whether, as claimed by the reports, the figure of the deputy councilor has been illusoryly used in order to appear to be performing functions that, in reality, they were not deployed, and in order to illicitly repay political transfugism with public funds. Once the facts have been analysed, it has been decided to archive the actions.
