As a result of a report, the alleged favorable treatment has been examined, in the field of public service, by the City Council in relation to the use of the figure of the services commission to favor civil servants from another local entity and assign them a job in the council. The irregular use of the services commission is confirmed, which implies a violation of the regulations governing this legal figure and, therefore, of the basic regulations on civil service. The council is urged to initiate an ex officio review procedure of the affected appointment Decree.
