On the occasion of a report, the alleged irregularities committed by the Horta de Sant Joan Town Council in relation to the installation of a vigil room in the municipality have been examined: specifically, lack of transparency in the publication of the reports of arrangement and conditioning of the interior spaces of the building where the vigil room has been located, lack of adequacy of the projects approved to the regulations on the provision of funeral services and urban planning regulations, and irregularities in the contracting procedure of the corresponding arrangement works of the building.
