The purpose of these investigative actions is to examine possible irregular practices regarding the awarding of municipal subsidies, which are likely to be considered irregular practices regarding the use or destination of public funds, on the occasion of carrying out the subsidized cultural activity. As a result of the investigative actions carried out, deficiencies are evident in the processing and granting of affected subsidies. In this sense, the application of corrective measures implemented by the council in relation to the aforementioned irregularities has been highlighted and taken into account. Finally, it is proposed to send a report to the council so, in the exercise of its functions, investigates and inspects, on the one hand, the ticket sales service in the affected municipal cultural facilities and, on the other hand, the implementation of the procedure for management and justification of aid to culture and heritage conservation, with links to European funds, granted from the 2015 financial year.
