Following various pieces of information known to the Office through different people and media, a possible case of revolving doors between the public and private sectors of a former director general of Child and Adolescent Care of the Generalitat of Catalonia has been investigated. During the course of the action, it has been verified that the facts under investigation were the subject of various procedures and files, both within the internal sphere of the Generalitat of Catalonia and externally, in the form of proceedings in two different courts of inquiry regarding this situation and which covered both the administrative and judicial spheres. For this reason, the action of the Anti-Fraud Office has ended with an archiving.
