Gavà and Sant Climent de Llobregat City Councils

The purpose of the investigation actions is to determine the alleged irregularities that would lead to a favorable treatment, related to the authorization of an exchange between civil servants of two municipalities. From the investigative actions, it is concluded that the aforementioned councils would have favored a person obtaining a position at Gavà City Council without having participated in a job provision procedure. Given the age of the facts and other concurrent circumstances, it is decided to archive the proceedings.
