As a result of a report relating to an alleged irregular situation of civil servants, the investigative action revealed that those who performed certain functions did not hold the status of civil servants, but were contracted laborers, a circumstance that the incapacitated them to exercise. Despite this administrative irregularity, this Office did not accredit fraudulent or corrupt conduct or acts, nor any favorable treatment towards the person under investigation, so it was agreed to file the action with notification of the irregularities detected in the affected body.
