The object of the investigation is the alleged use of public funds for private benefit for the execution of connection works with the sewer network, given that they would have been financed exclusively with public funds from a subsidy, despite the fact that part of the work should have been undertaken by the owners of the private homes affected. One of the owners would be an elected council official. It also analyzes the possible violation by the aforementioned elected office of the duty of abstention for having complied with the invoices issued by the contractor of the work. As a result of the examination of the documentation available to the Anti-Fraud Office, there has been no evidence of a possible irregular use of public funds for private benefit for the execution of the works or a breach of the duty of abstinence. The actions end with a decision to archive.
