Following a report, the examination of possible irregular practices begins. The facts are related to the contracting of certain municipal public works, which could attack the integrity and transparency in the exercise of public functions, as contrary to the principles of objectivity, effectiveness and full submission to the law and to the right, with a possible fraudulent use and destination of municipal funds. It is stated in the proceedings that there is a judicial pronouncement issued by a criminal court, which refers to the validity and correctness in law of the municipal file that is the subject of these proceedings. However, the investigative actions carried out by the Mossos d'Esquadra make it possible to rule out any conduct contrary to probity or contrary to the principles of objectivity and full submission to the law and the law in the approval and award of the reported municipal public work. In view of the established facts, the archive of the proceedings is declared.
