Do companies domiciled in Catalonia that have already notified the SII person responsible to the Anti-Fraud Office have to do so again to other authorities?

The entities included in the scope of competence of the Anti-Fraud Office of Catalonia that have already communicated the appointment or termination of the person responsible for their internal information system to the Anti-Fraud Office of Catalonia, as an independent authority for the protection of reporting persons, have fulfilled the legal obligation provided for in article 8 of Law 2/2023.
