As a result of the report of irregularities in the procedure for the provision of the position of director of Territorial Services of Education through the function assignment system, an investigation was carried out in which the following facts were established: the possible choice irregular and application of the extraordinary system of assignment of functions to cover the mentioned position, the possible breach of the requirement to be a civil servant by the person provided and the foreseeable irregular lack of calling for the position once the 6 months have passed of the appointment in charge of functions.
