As a result of a complaint, alleged irregularities related to the bidding and awarding of a contract by the Library Service have been investigated. These irregularities, which would involve a favorable treatment, would have to do with an alleged tacit and prior agreement between the awarded company and the contracting authority. These actions have resulted in an archiving resolution.
