Following a complaint related to the commission of alleged irregularities related to the creation of a position to incorporate a worker on leave of absence from the public company ECO-EQUIP of Terrassa, without taking into account the principles of equality, merit, capacity, transparency and legal certainty, actions were initiated through which possible indications of non-compliance with one of the participation requirements in the linked call were detected and which, consequently, could incur its full nullity. With this, it was resolved to issue a reasoned report to the Consortium for Waste Management of the Vallès Occidental.
